Once someone’s family, now left with no one to call their own.
We find them on streets, in villages, locked away in small rooms, or tied with chains – left without care, without dignity, and without a voice. Many are living with untreated mental health conditions, abandoned by families who didn’t know how to help, or who simply gave up.

When we reach them, the reality is often heartbreaking.
Some are forced to clean cow dung, garbage just to survive. Others are kept in isolation, restrained at night, and treated as less than human. Hunger, fear and neglect become their daily life.

Physically, many arrive in critical condition- suffering from severe, long -untreated infections of the urinary tract, anal region, mouth, scalp, skin and limbs. Some have open wounds infections crawling with parasites, and bodies weakened by months or even years without basic hygiene or medical care.
But this is where their stories begins to change.
With compassion and urgency, we step in – to clean their wounds, to provide medical care, to offer food, shelter, and most importantly, dignity. We don’t just treat illness- we restore humanity.

So far, we have helped over 200 individuals find safety and healing. And we only are getting started. Our goal is to reach over 1,000 people in the coming months, with a new 200- 250 bed facility under development.

By the grace of God, we have rescued and rehabilitated individuals from regions like Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh – helping them recover from both physical and emotional trauma. Whenever possible, we reunite them with their families, giving them a second chance at life .
